Hi Stephanie… Thank you for posting this! The Mediafire links are currently unavailable “because there are no resources available under the owner’s account”, what ever that means exactly. I was able to download it with the Dropbox links, however, which were back up and running as of midnight or so last night.
Hi Chris, thanks for the tip, and I’m glad you were able to grab the book. I’m going to leave both download links up and hopefully one of them will be working at any given time into the future. My MediaFire account has a bandwidth limit so that’s probably what’s doing it. If someone wants to donate for me to upgrade the MediaFire account to a higher bandwidth cap I’ll accept it. Or if someone wants to make a torrent I’ll post the torrent link here. I’m so glad the book is getting so many downloads!

Thanks Stephanie for making this available! I was wondering if someone could try to make a good .epub version of the .pdf for tablets and e-readers? I use Calibre software but .pdf files don’t seem to turn out very well with it. At least, I don’t have the tech savvy expertise to produce a good clean .epub version.
